• Assisting the driver with loading and unloading of HGV vehicle, Helping the driver navigate if needed

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role of the HR Advisor is responsible for delivering an efficient, supportive and friendly day to day operational HR service to all employees as part of a busy small team. My client is an established yet growing, innovative organisation who offer a range of residential, community and supported living services to children and adults who may be affected by learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses and challenging behaviours to name a few. They have a strong philosophy and work hard to maintain a high quality, person centred approach.

The role of Registered Manager is to oversee all of the day to day running of one of their excellent Residential Homes in the Kempston area. The home is registered to care for adults who may have learning disabilities and/ or challenging behaviours.

Duties of the role will include but will not be limited to:

* Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home

* Ensure that all staff working within the home receive regular supervision

* Carrying out care assessments

* Putting together dynamic support plans

Main accountabilities
To undertake word processing and/or copy typing. This will include standard letters and routine documents, individual letters, worksheets etc.

To compile lists and maintain statistical data in respect of class or group of pupils, undertaking analysis of statistics as required by the teacher. This will include data on pupil progress, attendance and examination results etc

To collect money from pupils (for school trips, photographs etc and ensure it is forwarded to the school office in accordance with school procedure.

Cataloguing, preparation of, issuing and maintaining materials and equipment as required and undertaking regular stocktaking of items held

Taking minutes of meetings, as required

Maintaining information systems and inputting of pupil data into school managements system

To maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school related matters and to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitive information

To undertake any other duties, commensurate with the level of post, as may be required from time to time

Updating Income and Expenditure report to track budget spend and share with Head of Virtual School, Head of Service and Head of Outreach

Providing additional in class support where necessary

Liaison and communication with Jigsaw Team and shared site members regarding issues with site (Building and Maintenance)
