Our client, a world leading pharmaceutical company located in Hurley, is currently looking to recruit a Quality Systems Administrator to work on a temporary basis, initially for 6 months.

Working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, this role is paying £12.99 per hour.

The successful candidate will help to ensure that all documentation relating to product quality is processed consistently throughout the Supply Chain in order to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This individual will therefore act as a main point of contact for the investigation and resolution of documentation issues and training queries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality management setting where they have been responsible for providing administrative support in the preparation of documents, reports and data to meet regulatory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Maintain documentation compliantly by uploading to the Document Management System and SharePoint portal.
* Monitoring and actioning requests sent via the Document upload request portal.
* Providing support and guidance on procedural queries.
* Collect and analyse data in support of continuous improvement, converting quality systems data into trends analysis and informational reports as needed.
* Performing desktop audits of systems and databases, including SharePoint, to measure compliance.
* Manage training curricula and assign learning activities in the Learning Management System.
* Ensure contact and distribution lists are kept up to date.

Person Specification:
