Office Supervisor. This is a responsible role supervising a small contract team of administrators and improving on performance and service delivery.
Your job as the Office Supervisor will be to understand existing contracts and deliver to client requirements, SLA's, KPI's and monitor the admin teams work to ensure compliance. This is an operational, performance management role and you will manage, motivate, coach and develop direct reports/contract team members to create a client focused environment of empowerment and high performance. As the Office Supervisor you will create and follow structured training plans to train new starters and assist with departmental meetings and team communications, cascading business updates as appropriate.
