You will be required to diagnose, repair and test faulty product, program software onto product to aid with diagnosis and create written reports. To be successful in this role you will have previous diagnostic and repair experience and due to the nature of your role and the sensitive information that is available to you on a day to day basis you are required to treat such information in the strictest of confidence.
