The Role

· Customer Complaints – Dealing with customer returns, quality issues and general complaints ensuring the customer’s needs are met through to credit note stage, at all times in line with company policy.

· Liaising With Stock Control – Continually advising stock control and purchasing of excess stock demands, over stocked, out of stock or low stock items.

· Sales – ringing current clients and advising of any offer and promotions the company have.

The role can be full time or part time dependant on the candidate’s preference.

The applicant will have the following tasks in the role -

· In depth book-keeping for a wide range of clients,

Hours of work will be 36-48 per week depending on shift rotation, shift pattern will be 2 day shifts working 7am till 7pm followed by 2 nights shifts working 7pm till 7am.

Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential as a background in warehouse work
This is a physical position so a good level of fitness is required as you will be on your feet for long periods of time.

Duties will include working on the production line undertaking various roles, from the start of making the product right through to packing the product. Overseeing machinery is working correctly and making sure that the production line runs smoothly.
You will be trained on various machinery, to undertake various roles so you must be adaptable and willing to learn.

Due to location of this position you will need to drive and have your own transport
