A great opportunity has arisen for our Cullompton based client who are looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 Heavy Plant Driver with at least 3 years commercial experience within heavy plant delivery. This role has come available due to internal promotion! This working environment is all about delivering quality to their own clients as these have been long standing relationships, so not only great driving skills is required, but equally a strong customer facing personality is essential. This role is a very unique for day delivery work but consists of only 2/3 drops a day and the whole operation is centred around the work life balance and this is a key component for the business in general.
Hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Monday – Friday!
The duties will include:
* Collection and the delivery of plant machinery whilst adhering to all H & S guidelines
* Demonstrate the plant machinery to customers but training will be given
* Relevant vehicle checks and general admin
* Operate the crane (where applicable) safely and in accordance with the company’s procedures
* Keeping the general upkeep of the vehicle
* A full valid Class C (2) driving licence
* Full drivers CPC
* Good route knowledge of Devon, Cornwall and Somerset

Job Overview:
HR Adviser required to join our growing, yet well established B2B supplier based just outside of Exeter. Reporting in to the HR Manager, you will provide advice and guidance on all HR matters as well as support the business in achieving strategic objectives. This is a varied role and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved in all HR disciplines.
Main Responsibilities:
* To maintain and update HR systems and personal files, both paper based and electronic systems.
* Provide general support to the HR function and Managers on HR issues including the production of paperwork, and overseeing HR processes.
* Provide general advice and support to enquiries from both Managers and Staff.
* Support the recruitment processes and organise recruitment campaigns, including advertising vacancies internally and with agencies, job boards and the Company website.

* Support the HR Team with projects as required, investigate issues and queries and provide recommendations

* Two years experience in an HR Advisor/Officer or similar level role
* Minimum Level 3 with intentions to work towards Level 5, but ideally Level 5 CIPD Qualified and with current membership, and/or relevant business related qualification.
* Effective communication skills including verbal, written and numerical.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Awareness of employment law and practical HR knowledge.
* Experience handling and managing disciplinary and grievance cases.

We are looking for an experienced Planning Coordinator to join a Manufacturing Site in Cullompton area.

If you have previous experience of planning in FMCG sector, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities include:

- Actively participate in the business S&OP Process.

- Short terms planning, generating production plans per line based on capacity, restrictions (man power, skills etc.) and row material availability.

- Maximising product.

- Liaise closely with the materials planning team.

- Ensure adequate raw materials are available to meet production plans.

- Monitor yield and other factors which effect output.

- Managing stock profile / levels, ensuring availability is in line with agreed stock rotations.

- Minimise aged stock by ensuring stock rotation on the yard is followed.

- Have an understanding of BOM and Routes and production versions.

- Stock checks and associated system updates.

- Produce supply chain reports.

Skills and competencies required:

- At least two years of experience in manufacturing environment.

- Microsoft Applications is essential, including Excel (create formula and Pivots).

- Strong analytical skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and associated packages.

- Manufacturing background or similar.

- Organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to prioritise work and switch between tasks, to meet deadlines in a busy environment.

- Due to the location of the business it is essential that you have your own transport.

- Be fluent in English with the ability to speak any other language desirable.

- Deal with and maintain confidentiality.

- Excellent communications skills.
