The Digital team provides end to end digital marketing services to
clients, from Website/App UX, design and development to PPC Search,
Programmatic Media, VOD and Social Media. Digital Analytics and Data
Insight underpin all of these disciplines, providing us and our
clients with the information required to deliver the best possible
digital strategy and execution.
About the role:
Reporting in to the Head of Digital Media, this is a key role within
the digital business team. You will be using data and providing
insight to improve our service and core digital offerings for clients,
delivering analysis and evaluation on an ongoing basis through a
variety of initiatives including heat mapping and A/B testing.
* Creating and delivering solutions for data, analytics and tagging.
Pro-actively managing client’s data.
Willingness to learn and develop thorough understanding of
client’s business, products, markets and audiences.
Analysing website journeys to understand visitor behaviour and
conversion through our digital strategies.
Taking sole responsibility for the data, analytics and tagging
whilst being able to support the wider digital team.
Developing an appropriate strategic or tactical solution depending
on client’s brief objectives.
Taking accountability for analytics strategy and implementation,
testing the hypothesis and analysing the results. Using the
analysis to make recommendations to the to the wider digital media
Driving innovation using the tools and data available.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset and be highly
numerate, with the ability to work with and interpret large data sets
to provide actionable insights. It’s key that you can explain complex
concepts in layman’s terms to colleagues and clients.
You will need:
To be an experienced user of Analytics – Google, MS Excel,
Supermetrics, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio
Experience of Tracking & Tagging DBM
Passionate about digital and making insight driven change.
Experience of implementing, maintaining and testing of web
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insight.
Great communication skills - the ability to tell stories using
Experience in data mining and building predictive models.
A creative and innovative approach that will challenge the status
