Duties include checking planning applications for validity based on both national and local validation requirements and carry out necessary safeguarding checks, notifying
agents/applicants of reasons for invalidity of planning applications and registering planning applications on bespoke database (Uniform system) and upload these and other material to Document Management System (IDOX system).You will also prepare planning committee agendas and PowerPoint presentations for committee meetings and check decision notices for completeness and issue to applicant/agent.
