New Product Introduction Project Manager

Working for a forward thinking and growing manufacturing company you will be working within an exciting New Product & marketing Project management position.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Following training, the key duties of the post are as follows:

Management of Critical Paths
•Project management of all new products
•Create and maintain a project tracker across all projects.

Customer Contact
•Provide regular updates to the Customer.
•Manage all related customer contact i.e. requesting artwork release etc.
•Attend Customer Project meetings where required.

Agreements
•Alert Stock Accountant of any agreements that may be required.
Submit agreements to the Customer / Account Manager / NPI Manager to gain sign off.

Meetings
•Manage and schedule internal New product introduction project meetings.
•Responsible for documenting all internal New product introduction project meetings and ensuring actions are adhered to.

Bills of Materials
•Raise all Bill of Material paperwork to request set up of internal SKU’s.
•Check accuracy of all Bill of Material paperwork once codes have been raised.
•Ensure Customer sign off of internal packing specifications.

Component and Pre Production samples / standards
•Manage all component sample approvals – chasing approvals with the Customer.
•Manage and coordinate pre production sample process – to include creation of samples, sending to customer, record keeping and chasing approvals.
•Manage communication between departments on the status of all standards.

General
•Carry out other associated projects and duties as determined by the NPI Manager / Commercial Director.
•Carry out any other reasonable duties

Skills and Experience

You will have proven experience in a role where you have been responsible for introducing new products within a company
Strong project management experience
Good marketing knowledge
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Energetic, confident, proactive, results-orientated team player
Demonstrate ability to efficiently plan, organise and manage tasks.
Good interpersonal skills at all levels of the business both internally and externally

Internal Sales Coordinator - Export

We are one of the UK’s leading suppliers in our field and trade worldwide. Due to expansion, we are now looking to recruit an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to work at our prestigious Head Offices in Alton.

We offer a luxury brand to the market on an international stage and have a growing global client base. We are offering a starting basic salary up to £24k with an OTE of £30k. You would be working 08.30am- 5pm Monday to Friday, with free parking, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension scheme.

Working in the Export and Overseas department, you will be working in a team of 4 and reporting to the Export Customer Service Manager. This role will suit some who has English as their main language but if you can also speak another language; French, German, Italian or Spanish that would be an added bonus. Predominantly, the role will involve communication with existing and new clients to build relationships and grow existing and new business and occasionally offering export office administration support to assist cover the Export Customer Services team.

The main duties of the role will involve:

* Drive new and existing export sales forward in agreed territories, in accordance with current company strategy
* Follow up on sales and leads from international exhibitions
* Develop new and nurture current relationships by having regular contact with prospects
* Keep international client and prospect database updated ensuring information is entered in a useful and relevant format, including adding all new leads from each international exhibition and future research projects.
* Compile a high output of quality emails and correspondence
* Attend international exhibitions as and when required
* Develop contact database to enable regular marketing activity including:
* Sending regular email newsletters / e-blasts
* Mailshot new catalogues – when needed
* Invitations to International Exhibitions
* Provide sales support administration to the Customer Services Team when needed

To be successful for the Internal Sales Co-ordinator, you will have previous experience working in a sales, account manager or business development type role. If you are bilingual in another language such as; German, French, Italian or Spanish this would be ideal but not essential. You will have experience working to targets and be PC Literate with Social media skills also being a plus.

You will be happy to travel to exhibitions both in the UK and abroad (approx 2 times a year)
