We are looking for Electricians from a variety of backgrounds including those with Rolling Stock, Aerospace or Marine experience. Ultimately candidates must be capable, proactive and adaptable technicians who relish working in a heavy engineering environment.

Candidates will working an alternating shift pattern; 2 weeks on earlies, 2 weeks on lates.

Person Profile/Experience:

Successful Candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

* Relevant Electrical qualifications.
* Relevant Vehicle electrical modification experience.
* A highly self-motivated individual, able to work under your own initiative.
* Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Ideally have knowledge of modern rolling stock systems and Train depot operations.
* Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams / schematics and to work unsupervised once they have an understanding of what is required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant NVQ, C&G, BTEC level 3 in Electrical Engineering or time-served.
