What is required.

Key responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the dealerships P&L, budget, KPIs and for site management.

Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, the Customer Support Associate will work as part of a team that handles all centralised customer queries, orders, enquiries, complaints and payments; maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, other stakeholders and sales team.

The successful candidate will be based at our Eastleigh office in Hampshire.

Principal Responsibilities include:
• Act as first point of contact for all inbound iTEC enquiries, email and calls
• Where appropriate, resolve enquiries at first point of contact and within SLA
• Where appropriate, signpost enquiries to the relevant department
• Maintain a competent knowledge base of iTEC systems and processes
• Support the development of and execute iTEC centre on-boarding process

The successful candidate will:
• Be educated to Level 3 standard (A level/NVQ3 or equivalent)
