Civils Technician required to be based near Romsey. Our client is a Civil and Structural consultancy who specialise in Residential and Commercial developments. My Client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join their team, this is due to the increasing workload within the Residential Housing market. The Civil Technician will be working on a variety of projects in the South of England which include, Drainage, Highways and Structures.

The Civils Technician will be expected to Liaise with clients, site staff and deal with technical queries. You will be required to prepare detailed construction layouts for roads and drainage developments. Liaise with local authorities and prepare off site road improvement schemes.

The Civils Technician ideally hold a HNC / HND within the industry or 5 years + relevant industry experience and have ambition to work towards IEng or EngTech with IStructE or ICE. The Civils Technician will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and it is advantageous if you have knowledge of Microstation and Civils 3D design software. Ideally the successful Engineering Technician will be proactive and have the ability to prioritise work, use their initiative and be able to work in a team.

Showroom Advisor / Administrator required to work in a new German kitchen showroom opening in Romsey, Southampton. The role will involve providing guidance and advice for new kitchens and will require an excellent level of service. Excellent communication and smart presentation is essential for the position along with good IT skills.

The role will be working alongside kitchen Design Consultants and a Showroom Manager providing excellent customer service and sales support.
