We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a good understanding of Mechanical Building Services ideally including system design. You should have broad experience of carrying out surveys, client negotiations, developing opportunities and preparing tenders and quotations for mechanical services projects in the £5000.00- £1m price range.

Knowledge of commercial plumbing is desirable but not essential as training would be given.
Experience of Design & Build tendering would be an advantage
The successful candidate would also be expected to support our service & maintenance team in the preparation of quotations

Job requirements

• To work within wider prison multidisciplinary teams to deliver a holistic approach to care
• Triage prisoners and attend emergencies within the Prison
