We are looking to recruit a Merchandiser/ Administrator. The successful candidate will receive full training and the required support to be successful within this role. This role will grow organically.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Update Excel documents with customer critical path on all their current orders and sending to them via email
* Sending all testing to the laboratories, then submitting to the customer for approval via email / their online systems
* Chasing customers for approval
* Booking stock in for collection
* Liaising with customers via email and telephone
* Liaising with factories – chasing samples / bulk switches to ensure deadlines on critical path
* Health and safety
* Alarm testing
Skills and experience required:
* 5 years + commercial office experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of merchandising /critical path would be advantageous but not essential
* IT literate – intermediate Excel is essential
* Confident telephone manner
* Work well under pressure
* Reactive with a sense of pace
* Strong administration skills
* Written and verbal grammar
* Relationship building skills
* Positive attitude
* Highly organised
Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm – 1 hour lunch
Salary and benefits:
* £25,000 - £27,000
