They specialise in business intelligence, customer data, data protection, tech sales, software sales etc. The office is a young, buzzy atmosphere consisting of five consultants, two directors and two finance staff and are looking to expand considerably, exciting times to be with this company!

The Role

This company would look at trainee recruitment consultants (would have to have fast-paced sales experience - telesales, estate agency, B2B, field sales experience). This role is a 360 recruitment consultant role, bringing new clients on and visiting clients are a must for this role (they try to get out of the office every week on visits, driving is desired). They have space and flexibility for you to choose a desk in the company or even start up your own desk - data business science desk and business analysis desk are an example of two which are available.

The Package

* Basic salary varies, they will pay your worth - £18,000 to £21,000

* Quarterly commission, no threshold 10% then staggers

* 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Working on a full time permanent basis you will receive a competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 with an on target salary of £40,000. The successful Business Development Consultant skills & experience:

Business Development Consultant Responsibilities:

- Compile and provide accurate customer quotes/bids that meet company margin criteria and customer needs
