Bridge St is a supported housing service, for single people living with a mental health illness needing to rebuild their confidence and skills for living independently. They promote social inclusion and re-enablement to increase their social and daily living before independent living.
You will be expected to have experience of working with vulnerable people, a practical understanding of housing related support, a resilient approach and able to work positively in a team. They will need you to be able to work flexibly and possess good IT skills. An excellent training program is available and a mentor buddy will guide you through your induction period.
