Being a community nurse comes with certain responsibilities including:

• Liaising with a team of nurses at the start of each day

• Travelling and visiting patients in their homes

Do you have experience of supporting pupils in a one to one capacity ?

CER Education are supporting a two form entry Primary School in Sefton area, L22 in their search for a highly motivated and flexible teaching assistant with experience of working with children with behavioural needs in a one to one role.

This school prides themselves on providing the highest quality education for all pupils and aim to ensure every child enjoys their time at school, while achieving their best. They have excellent standing in their community and I’ve had great feedback from other staff I’ve placed there.

The school is keen to meet experienced "Behaviour Buddies" who can commit to 5 days a week from October , with a view to continuing until July to support a Year 6 pupil on a daily basis.

As well as providing tuition support to specific pupils , you will also be providing practical assistance to the staff and cater for the personal welfare and educational needs of the pupils.

The working hours for this role are 8.15 – 4.30, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.

To become part of the CER Education team ideally you will have

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Learning Support or equivalent
* Transferable skills of working with adults or children that need emotional and behavioural support
