Temp – Perm Marketing & Design Assistant
Our client is seeking a creative individual who will assist in the coordination of digital and print promotions, develop and maintain a strategic marketing plan that addresses all areas of the company, liaise with the Sales Director / Marketing & Product Development Manager to discuss how marketing can support company sales and you will evaluate new marketing opportunities. You will develop brochures and marketing materials and play a leading role in the development of all imagery – this requires knowledge in image manipulation and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). You will also understand sales data software such as Excel and ensure a consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising campaigns. You will provide regular feedback and analysis to the management team on promotions and advertising campaigns and investigate that the company is represented on quality reputable websites and print media with the potential to generate business.

Our client in the Molesey area is a beautiful medium sized residential home that is part of a large organisation that runs and promotes the highest standards of care. The home is registered for a maximum of 35 service users and is rated "GOOD" in all areas in the most recent CQC report.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a healthcare assistant to join their passionate team of healthcare assistants and seniors.

We are looking for care assistants who have a passion and desire to care for others and work alongside a team of care assistants to promote dignity and independence for all residents within the residential home.

Training and support will be provided to care assistants from senior care assistants who have little or no previous experience within a care home.

Main duties for care assistants are as follows:

Providing personal care such as toileting, washing and dressing
*

Keeping residents comfortable and assisting in manual handling
*

Checking and reporting any change in residents conditions to a senior care assistant
*

Practical Support – Making beds, preparing food & laundry
*

Medical support – Taking temperatures, pulse etc
*

Liaise with visiting family and friends

Desirable:

Care assistants with previous experience within a care home and NVQ’s within Health and Social Care.

Key details:

These are full-time, permanent positions on Days.(36 hours per week + optional overtime & alternate weekends)

Shifts are 8am-8pm, 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm.

The pay rate is £8.25/hour on weekdays and an enhanced £8.75/hour on weekends
