About the Job:
You will utilise your experience to develop and implement marketing initiatives, from original concept through to execution. You will be able to create marketing materials with 'one brand voice' to reach target markets across various media outlets. As the business is growing you will be comfortable developing initiatives for new stores and approaching new potential outlets. You will be able to work to a budget and ensure value for money across marketing materials and campaigns. You will be au fait with building a presence on social media and engaging audiences to build on brand recognition and drive commercial results. You will be able to demonstrate your capability in developing and designing of retail marketing initiatives, POS and online content.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the food-to-go or QSR or retail (ideally within food) experience. You will be a strong communicator able to work within a small team affectively to deliver your remit. You will have a strong marketing background and understand what drives results and creates an affective brand. You will be comfortable reporting to senior internal stakeholders - understanding that they will have a say in the brand message too. You will be able to work closely with other teams within the business such as Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver the most affect campaigns possible. Experience in a seasonal range(s) of products and promotions would also be ideal.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role you will need to have a strong marketing background and be able to create marketing materials and campaigns. You will have experience across different customer touch points, such as online, social media, POS, event/promotional marketing etc.
