Marketing Automation is at the forefront of what they do and how they deliver value to their customers in helping them create email campaigns, cast the net and then capture the leads for them by tracking people coming onto their website, so full end to end Lead Generation, all in one suite of products.

Reporting into the Senior Financial & Management Accountant, the successful person will not only be able to perform the work to a high standard but will take an active role in the company to fit in with the energetic and lively office environment. We pride ourselves on having a friendly and can-do attitude and the person who will fulfil this role will need to have both. This opportunity is vital for the continued growth of the business and you will be involved in helping management make key decisions from the beginning.


The role is highly transactional, and due to the nature of the business driven by sales side transactions. This includes but is not limited to:

* Sales invoicing – both new and customer management changes

* Credit control, taking into account the direct debit procedures we currently have in place

* Monthly reconciliations with our CRM

* Detailed analysis on expenditure, on all of P&L, with trends, graphs, highlights

* Adhoc finance work as and when required, which is usual as part of a small team.

* Working within a small team requires the acceptance and buy-in to help out when required to ensure the team job gets completed. This involves essential communication with other departments in the company.


* A knowledge of a subscriptions business would be highly useful

* Must have a strong capability in excel, and experience of using Xero as an accounting package would be helpful. Use of NatWest banking and Bankline would be helpful too.

* The successful applicant must be someone who can take initiative working alone but who is not afraid to ask question and to question processes & procedures. Improvements to processes are always a bonus so if this is noted, then we want the relevant person to put their hand up with ideas.
