Our client is looking to recruit an experienced transport planner to join
their busy team. Our client is a large haulage company and now due to
internal growth this fantastic opportunity has arisen.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
* Deliver an outstanding level customer service to our clients within
the pathways network.
* Planning of 10 depot vehicles for both class 1 and class 2 ensuring
all deliveries and collections run to schedule and are completed in a
timely manner.
* Monitor delivery performance.
* Liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed.
* Ensure POD's and paperwork is completed correctly.
* Provide rates and quotes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a can do utilise and
someone who will get involved in this busy transport planner role. The
ideal candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
and also have an adaptive working approach as thins can change rapidly
within the business.
Our client is able to offer complete transport packages from single
pallet consignments to a specialist projects and Heavy Haulage division
with heavy and light on site warehousing solutions. Due to the range of
our operation we are able to offer the opportunity for future progression
and training.
Annual leave per year is 28 day including bank holidays.
Working hours will involve you working on a rotating pattern of
Monday-Friday 5:00-15:00 and Monday-Friday 10:00-20:00 and every other
Saturday morning

We are looking to recruit new team members so that we can increase our home occupancy to four young people.
We support children and young people who present a variety of complex needs. The young people we care for can require different levels of support, which means that they can be very anxious at times.
For the most of a day, it can be the same, as you would expect within any family home, with all the usual busy activities associated with young people. However, it can become a very agitated and angry environment, with our young people demonstrating some very challenging behaviours. This is why the staffing in the home requires 1:1 support.
Our young people are extremely vulnerable and have experienced significant trauma and require constant support, encouragement and positive role modelling.
Our home is a 4-bed semi-detached house close to Stratford upon Avon and near to Ulcester. The house is spacious and team believes it has a homely feel. With a large garden to the rear and opening onto a paddock, it is very green and provides a sense of open space. Due to our shift patterns and the homes location, to be able to work here, it really does need to be a person with access to a private car.

Types of duties
These can be varied but are all centred on the young person and can include:

- Providing encouragement when getting ready for school
- Care Planning
- Meal Planning
- Organising and facilitating social activities (outside of school)
- Maintaining the home (cleaning, laundry and shopping etc.)
- Home management
- Liaising with external stakeholders and our own multi-disciplinary team

The day can be very unpredictable and quite easily you could spend the entire afternoon providing 1:1 support managing extremely challenging behaviour, the right type of person needs to be flexible, adaptable and able to read situations and help our young people make positive choices.

- Monday – Early shift 07.30 – 15.30 / Late shift 15.00 – 23.00 & Sleep In
- Tuesday – Day off
- Wednesday – Day off
- Thursday - Early shift 07.30 – 15.30 / Late shift 15.00 – 23.00 & Sleep In
- Friday – Day off
- Saturday – Day off
- Sunday - Early shift 07.30 – 15.30 / Late shift 15.00 – 23.00 & - Sleep In
- Monday – Day off
- Tuesday – Day off
- Wednesday - Early shift 07.30 – 15.30 / Late shift 15.00 – 23.00 & - Sleep In

Travel time up to 1.5 hours will be paid.
These patterns repeat and it is really important to note that on your shift you will be 24 hours within the home. There is some flexibility of working and our manager knows how important a good work life balance is for her team.

Duties
