Our client, an established housing developer located in Stratford-upon-Avon, is currently looking to recruit a Repairs and Voids Administrator to work initially until the end of January.

You will be working Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. This role will be paying an hourly rate of £10.26 per hour.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient administrative support service to the Responsive Repair Team, in the delivery of day to day and void repairs.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Oversee financial transactions in respect of Responsive Repair business area.
* Produce payment schedules, process invoices, chase valuations and manage payments.
* To maintenance effective systems for the production of financial and management information and reports.
* Dealing with internal and external customer enquiries.
* Dealing with payment enquiries from Service Providers
* Ensure that the Group’s financial data management systems are accurately maintained including MIS and Open Book accounting.
* Help and support the budgeting monitoring process and flag any concerns
* Maintain all computerised and manual records including filing for maintenance contracts. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data to support business activity.
* Process invoices including entering payment details into the computer system, ensuring compliance with contracts.
* Respond to enquiries from customers, raise works orders or inspection requests in accordance with policies and procedures and carry out other administration for the following work streams: Day to day repairs, Communal Repairs, Insurance Works Excluded works, Recalls, Major day to day work, Void, No access, Extension of time requests
* Create and process Letters (referrals / appointments / permissions /redecoration vouchers
* Managing generic inboxes and tasks. Updating databases/reconciliation of reports)
* Support the Inspectors with Void and Major repairs management processing
* Responsible for processing variation orders within agreed limits.
* Assist with the provision of the repairs and maintenance service within the targets and to the standard required.

Person Specification

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
* Any relevant NVQ or other similar qualification desirable – e.g. in Customer Service, word processing, RSA II or equivalent Business Administration
* Experience of carrying out administrative functions
* PC skills and knowledge, conversant with all Microsoft packages and experience of working with databases.
