HJC have been retained by a bespoke manufacturer of specialist products to source a Production Manager for their site in Brighouse. They are looking to recruit this individual to support the growth and expansion of the business.

Managing the manufacturing facility, you will take full responsibility for:

* Manage the production output and efficiency in a growing manufacturer

* Plan production, ensuring all components are on site for the plan

* Develop and coach employees to take more responsibility and accountability for their areas

* Implement and drive a CI programme from grass roots

* Develop and coach people on CI initiatives

* Report on and improve KPI metrics

* Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure OTIF is achieved

An experienced Production Manager you will have gained some of this experience in an SME manufacturer. Exposure to production planning and/or material control, you will have a true appreciation of the impact of materials shortages. Ideally you will have gained experience in a bespoke or automotive manufacturer and will have proven experience of lean implementation. You will improvement led and be proven in working with people to organise change. You will have a strong leadership quality with proven ability in developing others.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established, secure and growing manufacturer in order to further support their progression. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join their busy office in Brighouse.

The Package - What you could earn

Structural Engineer - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Core working hours are from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Therefore you may choose to start at 8am and leave at 4.30pm or start at 9.30am and leave at 6pm.
- Prepare structural calculations, specifications, reports and general correspondence.
- Produce drawings using CAD.
- Brief and supervise CAD Technicians.
- Liaise & communicate with external professionals and clients.
- Site inspections/surveys.
- To produce detailed designs for structural engineering projects within agreed resource, budgetary and time constraints.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

- The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years post graduate experience working on a variety of structural projects.
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject.
- An ability to design in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber.
- A good working knowledge of the following software; - - Fastrak Building Designer.
- - TEDDS.
- - CSC Structural Office.
- - RCC Spread Sheets.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload within agreed time scales.
