Excellent opportunity for a mechanically skilled engineer with experience working on vehicles, trailers or HGVs to join a rapidly expanding company offering a varied and interesting position with plenty of training and long term progression opportunities.

This company are a national haulage contractor that specialise in temperature controlled goods. Due to an expansion of 20% year on year, they are now in a position to add a couple of vehicle technicians to one of their newest sites in Amesbury.

In this role you will work as a part of a small team in a busy workshop environment running defect repairs on trucks, trailers and HGV’s.

The ideal candidate will be a vehicle technician with an understanding of heavy goods vehicles. Candidates from a truck and trailer, PSV, LGV, military, Busses, REME and plant background will also be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a vehicle technician wanting to be trained on HGV’s to join a rapidly expanding company offering a varied and interesting position in a great working environment.

The role:
*Busy workshop environment
*Running defect repairs on site for HGV, trucks and trailers
*5 days on 3 days off shifts, 10 hour days

*Mechanically biased engineer

My client is a national developer, providing homes on a large scale across the UK.

If you're an experienced Foreman or Manager with a background in Bricklaying - preferably working for UK based developers, I have a fantastic opportunity.

They currently require an SSSTS qualified Brickwork Foreman / aspiring Assistant Site Manager to deliver fast track, high volume housing - to be involved in a very challenging development.

You will be accountable for onsite labour and sub-contractors, reporting into the contracts manager on progress and also check in with the other contractors on a daily basis, oversee health and safety on site..

* Proven experience on a large development sites
* Conversant with aspects of volume - timber frame house building
* You will have the ability to manage and motivate teams
* 2 years minimum experience in residential building
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation

Qualifications required:

* SSSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid at work
* Housing Brickwork
