Overview:

Customer Management Resourcing (CMR) is a boutique recruitment consultancy that specialise in mid & executive level roles within 'Customer Management'. This includes all management or analytical roles surrounding Contact Centres, Customer Experience & A.I.

Our client based in Swindon are currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Analyst on a Permanent basis. The role of resource planning analyst is to ensure that the contact centre had forecasts and schedules so that we have the right people in the right place at the right time. The role will also ensure that the contact centre teams adhere to these schedules through real-time management.

Key Responsibilities;

* Manage forecasting, resource planning and real-time adherence

* Work with various teams to prepare forecasts for the contact centre

* Propose and manage shift patterns that meet the requirement of the business and maximise contact centre efficiencies

* Provide performance analysis

* Highlight advisor performance concerns

* Manage real-time time performance and make changes based on changes in demand

* Build good working relationships with other areas such as finance, marketing and logistics

Experience Required;

* Previous experience in resource planning, forecasting and real-time management in an inbound and outbound contact centre

* Understanding of call patterns

* Good knowledge of workforce management systems and best practise

* Data and insight analysis

* Results focused and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products, particularly in excel
