As part of the redevelopment the construction for the new Eastpoint Centre in Burgoyne Road, in Thornhill began in 2010. The centre was completed earlier this year in 2011. A hub for businesses and communities in the city It will boast the latest business conference facilities in a three-storey 3,770 sq m development.
