Cimla is a suburb of the town of Neath in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot. It is set high up on a hill. It is pronounced Kim-la. The welsh language spelling is Cymla, pronounced the same way.

Cimla is also the name of an electoral ward of Neath Port Talbot coterminous with the suburb. Cimla falls within the community of Neath and the parliamentary constituency of Neath. Cimla is bounded by the wards of Tonna to the north, Pelenna to the east, Briton Ferry East and Neath East to the southwest, and Neath South and Neath North to the west.
